RedShift - red LED lighting for use with DECKED Drawers to illuminate your tailgate at night while limiting eye strain in the dark.

Please Note: The LED tailgate lighting kit listed below is designed for legacy DECKED drawers only.

DECKED owners now have a new option for expanding the usefulness of their storage drawers with an LED tailgate lighting system from DIYautoworks. Making use of empty Drawer Locks holes, we’ve designed a custom 80-lumen LED lighting assembly and battery housing box with added storage compartment and two-position On/Off control switch. When the switch is powered on and the DECKED drawer is closed, LED light illuminates your tailgate with a gentle red glow to reduce the strain on your eyes in low-light conditions.

  • 80 lumen 3/4″ red LED lamp with male bullet terminals and push-in housing for DECKED drawers lock cylinder hole.
  • 9-Volt Rayovac® HighEnergy battery (pre-installed).

Note: The DIYautoworks LED tailgate lighting system is not designed to be weatherproof and vehicle owners are advised to keep the system as dry as possible and to use the weather stripping provided from DECKED (if the truck bed is not covered with a tonneau or shell/cap).
